What is the age limit?
The renter and any extra drivers must be a minimum of 23 years of age for all car categories. Maximum age of the drivers: up to 80 years old
What kind of driving licence is required?
Drivers must have a valid EU, US, UK, Australia, Canada, Israel, Russia, Ukraine or International Drivers' licence issued at least one year before.
What is the minimum rental period?
Minimum rental period through our website is 3 days. However, if you wish to get a car for less than 3 days, please email us : email@example.com
How can I pay for my car booking?
To validate your booking, we require a deposit of 50 Euros. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover or Masterpass, Paypal, or bank transfer.
If you choose to pay on your credit card, you simply click the pay button. You must have a valid credit/debit card and the card owner must be one of the customers of the car rental order. The card transactions are processed and authorized via the SSL Secure System – Encryption Protocol of the Alpha Bank.
How do I proceed with a booking?
Fill in your desired pickup - drop off dates, times and location
Select your desired car model
Check if you wish any of the extras (child seats-GPS) and tick the boxes
Enter your personal details and choose the payment method. You are done!
Is the flight information necessary?
We need the flight information, so that you can rest assure that even if the flight is delayed, our staff will be there, waiting for you. This is also to avoid any mistakes or misunderstandings, that could lead to a failure of the car delivery. The travel-flight information can be provided at a later time.
What is your fuel arrangement?
The car must be returned with the same level of fuel as when it was delivered.
For out-of-working-hours deliveries, we make sure your rental car has enough fuel to take you to your destination.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your reservation without any cost up to 2 weeks before collecting your rental car. The deposit will be fully refunded.

Details of the insurance policy:
The customers are fully relieved of the responsibility of any damage caused to our car whether or not it is their fault, provided they drive the car under the right circumstances (asphalt-paved roads).
The insurance also covers damages caused to the parts underneath the car in case of a collision but not when the car is driven on non- asphalt-paved roads.
Public Liability or Third Party Insurance: The cars are insured with liability and fully comprehensive vehicle and property damage insurance up to 1.000.000 Euro for individuals and up to 1.000.000 Euro for damaged properties.
Glass Insurance: The renter is relieved of the responsibility in case of a broken car glass
Fire Insurance: The renter is relieved of the responsibility in case of fire
Personal Accident Insurance: It covers the passengers in case of fatality or physical injury in a collision.
What other or additional costs are there?
GPS: Daily cost of 5.00 Euros. Maximum charge per rental: €35.
Child seats: We can provide 3 different types of child seats: Infant seat, baby seat and booster seat, all of them according to EU safety regulation standards.
The first item is free of charge / each additional one costs 2 Euros per day.
Delivery and Collection of the vehicle in destinations out of our list:
For locations not registered in our list, there will be an additional charge which will be advised before the delivery of the car.
After-hours deliveries and collections:
Our working hours are 08:00-22:00 daily. Deliveries and collections of cars between 22:00 - 08:00 hours are subject to a charge which will be advised in advance.
What if my flight is delayed?
No worries about delays,as we keep track of your flight and will be there for you at the right time.
How do I pick the car up at the airport?
One of our team will be waiting for you outside the arrival lounge to meet and assist you once you arrive (we will provide all these details to you by email) and also help with the luggage. It only takes a few minutes to make all the paperwork and give you all the necessary information for a carefree holiday. Parking at the airports is free of charge for our guests.
